Rules
To ensure your vote is valid in the Association’s elections, please follow these simple instructions:
How to Vote:
- Make sure you are present at the General Assembly of the Association.
- You can vote in person or through a representative, if desired.
- Only members with voting rights can vote. Please remember that you must be up to date with your HOA DUES
Types of Voting:
- Direct Voting: Each member or their representative will vote for the people they believe are most suited for the positions.
- Secret Voting: If the voting is secret, the vote will be cast in a sealed envelope to ensure privacy.
Avoid Common Mistakes:
- Blank Vote: If you leave the ballot unmarked or without choosing anyone, it will not count.
- Vote by Unauthorized Person: Only registered members who are current with their HOA DUES can vote.
- Double Voting: You cannot vote more than once for the same position or office.
- Irregular Vote: Any attempt to manipulate or vote in an improper way will be considered invalid.
Voting Results:
- The voting will be valid if conducted according to the rules. The results will be announced after counting.
