My name is William (Butch) Barclay, and I am running for a second term on the Bajamar HOA Board of Directors. My wife, Kelli, and I moved to this beautiful community from Arkansas, and this March marks three years since we made Bajamar our home.
During my first term on the board, I worked to strengthen communication between the HOA and residents, promoting respect and consensus in decision-making. My goal remains to preserve the charm and history of Bajamar, ensuring our community maintains its unique identity while continuing to move forward.
I hold a degree in Marketing and have experience managing a family business, working closely with bankers, accountants, and architects in the construction and operation of commercial establishments. This background has allowed me to develop key skills in planning, financial management, and teamwork, which I will continue to contribute to the board.
I strongly believe in the importance of open and transparent communication between the HOA and residents and in fostering an environment of respect and collaboration. I appreciate the opportunity to continue serving this community and hope to earn your support for a second term.
